Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unused in their original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, opened cigars and used accessories cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our support team at info@european-cigars.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.

  3. Package the item securely and return it to the provided address.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
