Returns

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Products must be unused in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, opened cigars and used accessories cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Return an Item

Wait for return authorization and instructions.

Package the item securely and return it to the provided address.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
